Lead Systems Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in embedded control systems, preferably in aviation.

· Proficient in ARP4754A, DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, and requirements management tools like DOORS.

· Knowledgeable in avionics/aerospace development, project engineering, configuration management, and quality assurance.

· Eligible for CGP/ITAR compliance, with strong analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

OVERVIEW

· Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and manage certification documentation (e.g., ARP4754A, DO-254, DO-178, DO-160).

· Conduct EMI/EMC analysis, support testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration.

· Lead problem-solving, validation, and verification at all levels to meet customer requirements.

· Plan technical reviews, manage design goals, milestones, and subcontractor work packages.

· Analyze customer needs, support bids, and provide technical proposals to align with business goals
