Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack (Angular/React Focus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full stack development efforts, with a focus on modern web technologies.
• Analyze and resolve complex software engineering challenges involving distributed systems and large-scale applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Participate in strategic planning and consult on initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices and tooling.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of UI development experience with Angular and/or React.
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC tools including GitHub, Maven, Harness, UDeploy, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in Core Java development.
• 5+ years working with distributed server platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with OpenShift (OCP) cloud environments.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML.
