Lead Software Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to create innovative applications for our global clientele. The ideal candidate should be a technology enthusiast with a strong passion for AI/ML advancements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Machine Learning solutions that provide tangible business outcomes
Work closely with data product managers, software engineers, and subject matter experts to identify AI/ML opportunities for enhancing process efficiency.
Build and deploy production-ready ML models focused on improving customer experience, content recommendations, and predictive analytics.
Track and optimize model performance through data augmentation, feature development, and both offline and online evaluations.

Skills:

Background in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, managing progressively challenging projects.
Proficiency in key AI/ML fields such as Causal AI, Reinforcement Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
Extensive experience in building, deploying, and maintaining ML models to solve real-world challenges.
In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevOps practices (e.g., build, CI/CD), and related tools.
Strong coding skills in languages like Python, Scala, Go, or Rust.
Familiarity with MLOps platforms such as Kubeflow or MLFlow.
Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Knowledge of GenAI tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, and open-source Vector Databases.
