About the Role: 
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and supporting business-critical systems within ServiceNow’s platform and Field Service Management application, as well as key experience in turning high-level functional requirements into well-implemented solutions. Supporting Team’s globally deployed operations means working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic execution environment, with plenty of exciting challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll Do: 
○ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
● Extensive experience with the following ServiceNow Platform (as of Rome) features:
○ Field Service Management Application
○ App Engine + Flow Designer
○ ServiceNow Modules: 
■ ITSM, Field Service, Knowledge Base
○ CMDB + Asset Management
○ Service Portal implementation
○ Automated Test Framework
○ Service Catalog request + tasks
● Web front-end development skills as required for Service Portal implementation (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, ES5)
● Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, outstanding attention to detail.

Any Graduate
