Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow ITAM modules, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Integrate ITAM with other enterprise IT systems to enable seamless end-to-end asset lifecycle visibility.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and develop workflows, automation routines, and custom scripts to enhance asset operations.
  • Monitor ITAM module performance continuously and implement optimization strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for all module-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all configurations and implementations.
  • Keep current with ServiceNow updates, platform capabilities, and ITAM industry best practices.

Experience Requirement:

  • 10-15 years of relevant hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM), with demonstrated success in real-world project implementations.
  • Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and optimizing ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
  • Strong background in IT Asset Management processes and frameworks.
  • Skilled in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting to support automation and customization.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow ITAM with third-party enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of resolving complex ITAM challenges.
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • CIS-ITAM or HAM/SAM certification is considered a strong advantage.
