Key Responsibilities:

 

• Service Design Integration: Develop and implement service design frameworks that incorporate AI solutions to improve customer interactions and streamline processes.

 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to coordinate research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, and testing of new product and service concepts.

 

• User-Centered Solutions: Understand business objectives and user needs to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with technical and business requirements.

 

• Stakeholder Engagement: Influence stakeholders through compelling visual

 

and verbal storytelling, gather and incorporate feedback, and foster alignment through strategic vision and creative innovation.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Minimum 10+ years of total experience

 

• Leadership Experience

 

• Experience: 6-10 years in Service Design, Design Strategy, Human-Centered Design, or related fields, with a focus on integrating AI technologies.

 

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven and results-oriented.

 

• Agile Methodology: Experience delivering with an agile methodology.

 

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable working with senior executives.

 

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service design.
