Lead SDET in WA

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform API testing and debug test cases in C#
- Update and maintain C# testing frameworks
- Work with YAML files to create and update test pipelines
- Use Azure services for debugging and monitoring
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Estimate testing efforts and allocate resources effectively
- Identify potential test scenarios and edge cases
- Oversee the execution of test cases and track progress
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks

Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a Technical Test Lead
- Effective communication with project managers, product owners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
- Presenting test results and project status reports to key stakeholders
- Promote and implement test automation frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with connectivity use cases in Telecom domain
- Familiarity with testing IoT platforms and end-to-end order fulfillment/management systems

Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
