Lead Salesforce Developer

Key Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of working experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting
- Ability to implement technical development solutions across multiple platforms, including system integration and authentication
- Custom development experience using advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, Java), Salesforce Flow Builder, Visual Flow Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL
- Experience migrating from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder
- Successful implementation of Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and classes

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of agency applications
- Development, testing, and deployment of application releases, updates, and modifications in a client/server and web server environment
- Provide advanced technical lead developer role for the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of web services, REST services, and other technologies for data transport and interaction with Salesforce.com
- Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program, such as data modelling, data migrations, data quality, system integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products
- Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts
- Backup and recovery, data seeding using OwnBackup
- Experience with Omniscripts and using Conga composer for generating documents
- Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective

- Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure
