We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to architect, design, and lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic enterprise solutions.


 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components
  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions aligning with business objectives and technical standards
  • Mentor junior developers and lead sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs using REST and SOAP
  • Optimize performance, data models, and automation workflows across custom and standard objects
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Admins, Architects, and QA for seamless delivery
  • Maintain documentation and ensure development compliance with industry and company standards


 

📋 Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience; 2+ years in a lead or senior developer capacity
  • Expertise in Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
  • Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and security protocols
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, deployment models, and DevOps tools
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


 

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II)
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of data modeling, sharing rules, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit)
