Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Architect and oversee Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRMA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Serve as a technical expert and hands-on developer, writing Apex code, building integrations, and customizing Salesforce functionality.
Manage and mentor a team of onshore and offshore developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and drive project execution.
Provide ongoing support for enhancements, troubleshooting, and break/fix issues within the Salesforce environment.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security best practices, and data management standards.
Support a major Salesforce project going live this month and lead future enhancements and integrations.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, etc.).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical or Solution Architect with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRMA exposure.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, security models, and performance optimization.
Experience leading Salesforce development teams (onshore and offshore), including mentoring and code review.
Ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions within a Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience working in an enterprise sales organization and supporting sales operations within Salesforce.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
