Lead Product Analyst

• Lead Product Analyst - Product Management in the Finance domain, with 6-10 years of experience.
• Responsibilities include leading the product management team for custody services, defining product vision, prioritizing features, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation with emerging technologies like blockchain and AI.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in custody services, issuer services, investment banking, blockchain technology knowledge, regulatory understanding, and familiarity with reporting capabilities in securities servicing.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance or Banking, or Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Preferred certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the product management team in understanding business needs and requirements for custody services, collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments such as Product, Risk, and Operations.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes in the custody industry, including emerging technologies like blockchain and digital assets.
• Define and maintain the product vision and strategy to enhance the efficiency, security, and scalability of custody solutions.
• Prioritize features based on business value, risk mitigation, and stakeholder feedback to develop a product roadmap aligned with short-term goals and long-term vision.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by understanding and adhering to relevant regulations such as SEC, MiFID II, FATCA, and AML, while working with risk management teams to mitigate operational risks.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, create clear user stories and requirements that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and operations teams to ensure product goals, features, and regulatory requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Communicate product updates, new features, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and demos.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies like blockchain and AI to enhance custody services, improve operational efficiency, and automate workflows.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in financial services, technical knowledge of custody systems, APIs, and integrations, strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly, and analytical thinking to make informed product decisions
