  • Managing Windows Server environments and ensuring system stability.
  • Database Management – Working with SQL Server for data integration and reporting.
  • Application Support – Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CareAnalyzer software.
  • Security & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to HEDIS® and other regulatory standards.
  • Automate manual stuff they are currently doing using (RDA/RPA)
  • HEDIS & Quality Reporting – Understanding NCQA HEDIS measures and compliance requirements.
  • Predictive Modeling – Utilizing CareAnalyzer’s analytics for population health management.
  • Data Integration – Managing clinical data sources for accurate reporting and provider engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Managing CareAnalyzer tool is a huge plus.
  • Good knowledge to work with scripts
  • Integration the tool and Control-M Healthcare & Analytical Skills
