Mandatory Skills

• 2-5+ years of Network monitoring experience especially OpsRamp

• 2-5+ years of Network Engineering, Network Security experience, and exposure to the Clouds Azure, and AWS

• A good Network automation experience especially with Ansible

• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ScienceLogic, and LiveAction

• Technical knowledge in the following areas: Network routing and switching, VoIP, Wide Area Networks, SD-WAN, Network Security, Cloud platforms

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) as it would be used to monitor networks

• Ability to track, manage, and ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Experience configuring routers and switches for Netflow and SNMP data collection

• Preferred certification/training: CCNP+, Any Network Monitoring Certified Professional • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects

• Experience of the following tools:

• Network Automation

• OpsRamp

• Grafana

• BigPanda

• Elastic

• Cloud watch

• Cloud monitoring for network
