Lead .Net MAUI Developer

In this role, you’ll be leading a track of development for .NET applications using the Multi-platform Application User Interface (MAUI) framework.  You’ll be responsible for estimation of stories, mentoring other developers on their tasks, and take ownership of the quality of all produced code.  You’ll be working with the Lead Architect, Engineering leadership, and the Project Manager to provide effective solutions to problems.  You’ll also work with Product to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria, and Experience to ensure the user interface is in line with provided designs.

Your Impact:
• Lead a development track for .NET MAUI applications targeting Android, Windows, and other platforms.
• Estimate user stories and contribute to sprint planning and technical design discussions.
• Mentor and support developers, ensuring alignment with coding standards and best practices.
• Own the quality of all code produced within your track, including code reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with the Lead Architect, Engineering leadership, and Project Manager to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Work with Product to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and business requirements.
• Partner with Experience/UX teams to ensure the user interface aligns with design specifications.

Your Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience developing applications using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Solid understanding of C#, object-oriented programming, and MVVM architecture.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts and mentor team members.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Architecture.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility best practices
