Need someone needs to know basic coding in react. They need to be strong in ASP.net, JavaScript and SQL Schemas - backend coding and unit testing as well. Do they know how to write a unit test? In JavaScript they will need to know how to call the API and manipulate DOAM, and basic validations. Standard C# and SQL/SQL Schemas as well but if they have this, they should be good

- Azure know the DevOps pipeline. In Azure portal, must access app services, checking the logs and application onsite
- Must be able to develop Rest API's that is being used in the React Applications

-SQL Server - How multi-tenant is being held in multiple databases. Create tables, alter existing fields, creating indexes for performance, stored procedures. Know how to generate scripts/schemas in multi-tenant environments.
-ETL process and understand data load between flat file to respective environments
-Front end development - ASP.NET MVC & React is required

-very AWS heavy. Lots of stored procedures in SQL
-Working with Kendu UI Framework to rapidly develop applications
-Writing JSON Files
