Lead ML Engineer

R Mandatory skills: Extensive experience with LLMs working with RAG based applications. We re currently looking for your support with a new position for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Must Have:

·         Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs and building RAG-based applications.

·         Solid understanding of the entire RAG pipeline (retrieval, ranking, generation, etc.) and awareness of the associated challenges at each step.

·         Nice to Have:

·         Familiarity with agentic frameworks like CrewAI or similar.

·         Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP).

·         Experience with knowledge graphs
