  • Expert in mechanical simulations (load & stress analysis, thermal ninetic & motion and and vibration & fatique) , capable of leading simulation-based design validation and optimization

  • Deep understanding of advanced manufacturing and automation

  • Expertise in GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis and knowledge of ASME Y14.5 or ISO 1101

  • Expertise in thermal management, CFD simulations, airflow simulation strategies and cooling system optimization (tools like ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or COMSOL)

  • Leading reliability testing and FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis)

  • Advanced expertise in motion control, automation, and IoT integration
