Lead MEAN Stack Engineer

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.

• Architect and implement robust, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.

• Guide and mentor a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and hands-on coding.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality code with focus on reusability, testability, and maintainability.

• Handle complex debugging, performance tuning, and scalability challenges.

• Enforce and improve software engineering standards across the development lifecycle.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript, frameworks, and cloud-native solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of total experience in web application development.

• Strong hands-on expertise with the MEAN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (latest), Node.js.

• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Cloud platforms (AWS).

• Proficiency in Git-based workflows, code reviews, and Agile development practices.

• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and data modeling.

• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.12+ years of total experience in web application development.
