·        Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure alignment with business goals. 
·        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for various projects. 
·        Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. 
·        Utilize JCL, GCP, Mainframe Utilities, VSAM, and COBOL to design and implement effective technical solutions. 
·        Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes. 
·        Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. 
·        Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions to ensure smooth operation. 
·        Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. 
·        Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions. 
·        Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all project activities. 
·        Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes. 
·        Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 
·        Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Must Have Skills:
·        Core Mainframes
·        Cobol/db2/CICS/JCL/VSAM and good Understanding of zOS. 
·        Should be able to know the knowledge SOAP/Restful Services
