Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop production-ready ML models for NLP, information retrieval, and data sourcing.
🔹 Build high-performance data pipelines (batch & streaming).
🔹 Optimize and deploy LLM models (BERT, Transformers, etc.).
🔹 Work with MLOps & DevOps tools (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Celery).
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI innovation.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong Python & NLP expertise (Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
✅ Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Cloud computing experience (AWS/GCP) for ML model scaling.
✅ Experience with Kafka, Spark, Redis, SQL
✅ Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub presence is a plus!
