Lead Java Developer

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Provide technical expertise on architecture, design, and code, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
✅ Drive technical design and implementation of new features while following best practices.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Experience & Qualifications:
 BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security, etc.).
 3+ year🎓s of experience designing and building microservices-based distributed systems in a serverless/containerized environment.
 Experience with ActiveMQ, Kafka, or other JMS providers.
 Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, performance tuning, and cloud deployments (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
 Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases.
 1+ years of experience leading global teams in an agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
 Experience in AI/ML solutions architecture and GenAI platforms.
 Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, Python, and Vaadin Framework.
 Exposure to distributed systems programming
