Lead Java Developer

 At least 4 years of experience in personnel scheduling systems or other complex enterprise applications.

· 5+ years of practical experience in Java development (enterprise applications and web interfaces).

· At least 3 years of experience with GitLab (CI/CD experience is preferred).

· Extensive experience in the transportation and logistics sector, particularly in deployment planning and workforce management.

· Experience with Weblogic, PL/SQL, and heterogeneous coding environments.

· Expertise in Jasper Reports for reporting needs.

· Experience in software architecture management and the ability to develop technological visions for the future of the system.

· Experience in problem-solving and tackling complex technical issues.

Skills:

· Java Development: Advanced Java programming skills for enterprise-level systems.

· Weblogic and heterogeneous coding environments.

· Jasper Reports: Proficiency in designing and implementing reports.

· GitLab: Strong version control and continuous integration skills.

· PL/SQL: Knowledge of database management using PL/SQL.
