Required
- Strong technical experience with German Payroll processing, minimum 2 different industries
- Strong experience with monthly and yearly payroll end activities/reporting, including troubleshooting
- Experience with German private pension contribution, including schema and rules adjustments
- Implementation of new legal payroll reporting processes (eg UV;A1... reporting)
- Adjustment of schema, rules, functions and features
- Experience with modifications and user exists
- Adjustment of forms (payslip, certifications...)
- Incident Analysis of AVMG, EEL, AAG, LST and DEÜV topics
- Adjustment of SAP standard accounting program (RPCIPE) and maintenance of customer-specific accounting program
Skills
- Experience in SAP HCM -focus time management / IT experience, preferably in Finance, Insurance industry
- Experience in SAP HCM time management
- Fluent in German Language
