Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs. The Lead Generator will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our IT services and consulting business. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads. • Conduct initial client meetings and presentations to understand their business needs and align them with our services. • Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. • Provide regular updates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and engagement. • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and manage the sales process. • Market Research: • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. • Analyze market data to identify target segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. • Data Management: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions. • Use CRM tools to manage and track leads through the sales funnel. • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. • Collaboration: • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with relevant information and support. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Requirements: • Experience: • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field. • Strong experience in the IT services and consulting industry. • Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Other Qualifications: • Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry. • Ability to work flexible hours, including the specified shift timings. • Valid driving license and own vehicle (if required for field visits).
