Description

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong experience in LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning.

Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.).

Expertise in Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies.

Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and Graph Databases (Neo4j).

Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Experience working with LangChain, Haystack, and AI-driven automation workflows.

Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs.

Experience leading teams and working in cross-functional, offshore environments.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Banking, IVR, or Conversational AI applications.

Exposure to hybrid search techniques, including HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking.

Familiarity with Cloud AI Services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
