Lead Gen AI Data scientist

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Lead Gen AI Data Scientist. The Lead Gen AI Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing data, creating statistical models, conducting data analytics and visualization. The Lead Gen AI Data Scientist will be responsible for assessing and analyzing different business scenarios, and acting based on the insights drawn from data analysis.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, model building and strong coding skills in python

· Deep understanding of NLP including text classifier, re-ranker, topic modeling…

· Experience working directly with large language models and Transformer based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5 etc.

· Working knowledge of applying recent LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, OPT, BLOOM, etc.

· Experience with reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation

· DevOps repos Debugging, building APIs and managing the algorithm flow across multiple workstreams in one repo

· Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

· Excellent communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

· Strong work ethics and dedication to the project success

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box

· Collaborative behavior, ability to efficiently share code and knowledge and good teammate.
