Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React Js)

Job Description: 
Location: Remote (Candidate should be able to work in Mountain Time)
Duration: Long-term

·     10+ years of experience in software or product development and maintenance
·         Be the front end POC for the client team and take hands on training on tasks to be handed over to the offshore team
·         Co-ordinate with offshore team and technically help/groom the team
·         Excellent coordination and communication skills
·         Identify project level risks early in the life cycle, raise issues proactively & provide accurate technical status reports
·         Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery
·         Knowledge of server-side programming languages
·         Familiarity with DBMS technology, including MySQL, MongoDB and SQLite
·         Understanding of caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish

Job Responsibilities

·         Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
·         Design client-side and server-side architecture
·         Build responsive front-end of applications 
·         Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
·         Write effective APIs
·         Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
·         Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
·         Write technical documentation
