Lead Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications
Lead a team of developers to implement best practices and coding standards
Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React.js
Manage and enhance WebSphere Commerce (WCS) applications
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers for seamless integration
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Ensure performance, security, and scalability in development

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript
Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS)
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
