Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models in production environments.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Iterate through solutions to overcome technical challenges.
• Implement design patterns effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field (exceptional candidates without advanced degrees will be considered).
• 10+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead.
