Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of web applications using Java and React, ensuring high performance and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and post-release support. Drive code quality and implement best practices, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the development process. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience of 8 years in software development, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java and React. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles, including RESTful APIs. Proficiency in designing scalable and maintainable architectures. Experience with modern development tools and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
