Lead DotNet Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead ASP.NET Core and Angular Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, defining architecture, and ensuring best practices in both back-end (ASP.NET Core) and front-end (Angular) development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular.

Architect and design solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers on best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.

Manage the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning.

Implement and enforce best practices for development, security, and deployment.

Work closely with DevOps to streamline CI/CD processes.

Collaborate with QA for test planning and automation integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
