As a Lead Development Analyst (LDA), you will support sales stakeholders using agile methodology 
Works with Sales Team to qualify leads based on predefined criteria. 
Works on the mechanism of lead scoring. 
Extract data and analyze lead across various lead generation campaigns. 
Collaborate with Sales Managers / Directors to create and publish periodic reports 
Reports on the pipeline / lead by extracting raw data from various tools. 
Works closely with marketing to ensure paid/campaign leads are assigned to the correct BDS.


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

You have ability to influence the business agenda and make recommendations to senior sales leaderships. 
You have experience in handling leads from prequalification to qualification cycle. 
You have a passion for number. You have experience in creating reports on leads 
You love data modelling. You have worked in a team which was responsible for designing lead scoring system for either a marketing or sales organization within an IT company.
