Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 developers working on Python Fast API and React projects. 
Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications. 
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. 
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance. 
Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks. 
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. 
Required Qualifications:

Experience:

Overall, 4-6 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in Tech lead roles. 
Strong background in Software Development and familiarity with tools and technologies used in this space. 
Demonstrated experience delivering features incrementally in Agile environments. 
Skills:

Must Have:

Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role. 
Strong proficiency in Python FastAPI and API development. 
Solid experience with React and its core principles. 
Good understanding of SQL/No-SQL databases and ORM Technologies 
Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns. 
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). 
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
Nice To Have:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker). 
Strong understanding of unit testing and performance testing tools 
Understanding of GPT conversational APIs 
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar area.
