  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow implementations through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and advancements to continuously improve our ITSM capabilities.
  • Manage integration with external systems and data sources.
  • Participate in change management and incident resolution activities

Qualifications:
Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in IT Service Management and ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementations and teams.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks

Skills

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and other relevant languages.
  • Proper ServiceNow ITSM Certification is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
