Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Design and deploy advanced deep learning models with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver clear technical solutions.
• Enforce best practices in software engineering such as code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI and evaluate their relevance to ongoing and future projects.
• Promote a team culture centered around innovation and enthusiasm for AI.

Skills Required:

• Proven expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong foundation in deep learning techniques and tools
• Experience in a leadership role, managing data science or ML engineering teams
• Hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with applied knowledge in AI/ML projects
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications
• Proficient in coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
