Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage small/medium/large deliveries in Oracle Fusion ensuring timely delivery of outputs by working closely with business, technology and leadership teams
- Lead and manage various scrum ceremonies across PODs in fusion technology.
- Plan and manage resource, technology and project budget across pods
- Identify, track, report risk and issues across POD and project deliveries.
- Ensuring governance, process improvement by facilitating & reporting status are followed.
- Analyze & align to latest agile processes, prioritize the deliverables by resource allocations in BoW.
Skills Required:
- Minimum Work Experience: 10-15 years
- Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Budgeting, forecasting and Planning (GPDM), Project Management, Resource Management, etc
- Experienced Scrum Master, who also managed Scrum of Scrums
- Experience with agile methodologies and working as scrum master. Proven record of working in a collaborative environment with technology and cross functional business teams. Effective leader as well as team player with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Strong communication skills coupled with presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Candidate should be able to lead and track book of work deliveries, prioritise requirements, track schedule independently and present periodic status to management.
- Prior experience across project planning, costing, resourcing, requirements gathering, build and implementation, stakeholder co-ordination, release management and production support.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion or any other ERPs technical and functional components and business process flow. [Preferred but not mandatory]
- Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks. Budget management and forecasting of project demand.
- Experience in management of external service providers and vendor management. Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance, framework and controls.
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver change/transformation programmes in large global financial organizations, amidst the challenges posed by existing structure.
Education:BTech/MTech (Preferred STEM stream)
