senior professional to lead Cloud & Cognitive Services’ Network Operations Consultancy practice also known as the Quick Launch Program (QL). QL is a strategic consultative network operations focused service for enterprises, utilities, communication service providers, and state & local governments to: • Help network operations organizations operationalize newly acquired telecom technologies such as IP, Optical transport, or (private) wireless networks without having to leverage outsourced services • Elevate and Transform network operations organizations and their processes by implementation of ITIL best practices improving overall organizational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Successful candidate MUST have expert level experience with senior-level client engagement, service management methodologies, transformation and technical operations management end-to-end.
