Description

Required:

  • At least 5-8 years of Business analyst skills and play the role of Product owner
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and influence the team to achieve the product vision.
  • Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Empathy: Understanding and being able to translate customer needs and preferences.
  • Tools : JIRA, confluence, Figma

 

  • Analyse the business requirements
  • Document (In JIRA, and confluence)
  • Plan and conduct req grooming sessions
  • Build the product roadmap and the backlog
  • Follow up the Product implementation until the closure
