JD :

10+ years of experience in BI development, with 4+ years hands-on experience in Tableau.
•  Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep.
•  Excellent SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and warehouse concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schema).
•  Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into efficient visualizations and dashboards.
•  Experience integrating Tableau with cloud-based data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Redshift).
•  Familiarity with data governance, security (row-level security), and performance optimization in Tableau.
•  Experience in managing BI teams or mentoring junior developers
