About The Team:

Our technology leadership team has extensive experience in web design, development, and software engineering. They have worked on projects for well-known brands and have co-founded startups. With skills in UX, UI, mobile app development, full-stack web development, and cloud technologies, they are dedicated to supporting innovation and mentoring the team.

What you will do:

Lead and mentor the backend team
Design, develop, test, and implement new features
Maintain and support our applications and websites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing
Listen to and understand customer needs to inform product roadmaps
Propose methods and process improvements to increase developer efficiency
Handle requirements gathering for incoming requests
Write complex database queries and stored procedures
Debug and troubleshoot platform issues
Conduct code reviews
Manage utility servers (e.g., SFTP, proxies)

Skills you bring:

5+ years of experience in Python (Django/Django REST framework); experience with other backend frameworks (e.g., GoFiber, Express) is a plus
Proficiency with cloud technologies
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Background in IT startups or IT companies is a plus
