Lead API Senior Integration Specialist

Job Description: 
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with API development, middleware integration, and data transformation while also possessing the ability to take the lead in integration architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior engineers when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
·        5+ years of experience in API development, system integration, and middleware solutions.
·        Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
·        Hands-on experience integrating with Workday LMS, Azure services, and cloud data lakes.
·        Expertise in authentication & security protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, Azure AD, RBAC.
·        Proficiency in data transformation techniques (JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, ETL).
·        Experience with cloud-based integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
·        Ability to lead integration efforts, take ownership of projects, and mentor junior engineers when required.
