Skills: Splunk, JIRA, Dashboards – Grafana, AppDynamics, Gitlab, Triage Tool, ServiceNow, SQL Server,

Experience in Supporting Non production Environments including performance environment.
 Expertise in troubleshooting defects, checking the logs/error, APIs performance , latency etc.
Leading the Defect Triage Bridge , representing business critical applications, knowledge of functions flows
Tools – Splunk, Monitoring Dashboard,
 
Experience in Performance Support/KPIs, NOD support as and when needed. Having good understanding of Retail systems that includes Shop and Checkout experience and customer Journey.
 
Should be able to execute test cases and report the bug, or perform regression on business critical flows.
 
Ability to perform and execute basic SQL query to check the SKUs for the products and customer account status, customer Order status/return/trade-In/Upgrade etc.
 
Knowledge of messaging queue, deep.io etc. – good to have, though not mandatory.
Should be very quick to understand the domain and application knowledge. Working with business and other domain teams. Ensure the right alignment of ticket in JIRA, per SLA requirements. Escalate Critical /P1 issues to leadership. Working with onsite and offshore team, having handover calls with them.
 
Debugging in code is also expected, in Java/Springboot/Groovy and angular.  Any IDE (like Visual Studio/IntelliJ) should be good to have working knowledge.
