Lead AI/ML Developer

Responsibilities

 

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
  
   

Required Skills

 

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker).
