Labvantage LIMS Developer

• Applet development, XML, Java Swing, systems analysis, in addition to domain knowledge of laboratory practices and experience working in COBRA-based component development.
• Develop and enhance LIMS which include requirement analysis, designing, programming, configuration, upgrades / patches, system documentation, custom reports, bug fixes, and training.
• Configure and support LIMS analysis, test lists and other LIMS static data as needed.
• Develop Crystal and Excel reports, data reports to customers, Key Performance Indicator reports and any other reports needed to support the laboratory functions.
• Support the business in the retrieval of data from LIMS. Provide data for analysis utilizing queries and reporting tools.
• Provide support of LIMS which include troubleshooting, configuration, administration, upgrades / patches, system documentation, bug fixes, and training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in LabVantage LIMS development
• Strong relational database knowledge and experience using either Oracle and/or SQL Server.
• Strong Java, J2EE architecture, JavaScript, JSP, and DHTML/Web Page development including client-side scripting to add major functionality to the product line. Strong understanding of JBOSS application server
• Experience working on Linux.
• Experience working on AWS. Must have knowledge of LabVantage LIMS configurations and APIs
