For Aviatrix- I understand we are looking for a candidate who know aviatrix but I can’t take the candidate to the client who ONLY has experience on Aviatrix or multicloud or any cloud technology for that matter, he need to have strong control on routing & switching. Currently the candidates we are interviewing having basic knowledge on Aviatrix/cloud but they don’t hold good on R&S.
In most of the cases they don’t even know STP, DHCP, HSRP, they completely find themselves lost when we ask scenario base questions, and this happens when they have not worked on R&S at that level.
In few cases candidates did mention R&S in their resumes but they have not worked on it for last 4-5 years. Such resources are not the match for our requirement.
Resources who have 7-8 years of total experience and most of it is on cloud, they are not the match for our requirement, because they definitely don’t know strong knowledge on R&S.
