Key Responsibilities:

Possess advanced domain knowledge, drive design reviews, and optimize application performance

  • Provide third-level support for complex issues in MES operations.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues to prevent recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure teams to improve system performance and capabilities.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for MES-related issues.
