Roles:

• Ensure stability and security of IAM environments for our clients.
IAM Certifications (e.g., Omada Identity Management, CIAM) are a plus, but not mandatory
Experience
: 2+ years in IAM support
Skills
• Experience: At least 2 years in IAM support with experience in Omada IAM or similar platforms. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC), Omada IAM components, LDAP, Active Directory, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth). • Tools: Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and databases (SQL, MySQL). • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support abilities.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
