Mandatory Skills Required:

1. Analysis and troubleshooting skills – be able to understand the issues raised by user and dig deeper to the root cause of the problems to provide technically proven solution

2. Communication Skills – be able to front the user

Description/Comment:           

  • In this role, you will be expected to perform independently and become an SME in IT Troubleshooting. You will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Your primary skill proficiency should be intermediate in IT Troubleshooting. Additionally, having beginner proficiency in Application Remediation and Engineering Support will be advantageous
  • Provide technical support for critical business systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system support and troubleshooting
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
