Designation – L1 Technical Support ( Calling Process )
Mandatory – Excellent communication skills, Fintech knowledge.
Preferred – API , SQL , Database knowledge
Experience – 2+ Years
Loc – Noida


The candidate should be well versed in English and local language (Kannada, Telugu, Hindi etc)
The candidate should have fintech knowledge preferably Loan processing.
The candidate should be comfortable with rostering.
The added advantage will be if the candidate know SQL, API and AWS.
Minimum education qualification graduate from any stream.
The position is for Noida office and not in hybrid mode.
