L1 Support :
· Be the frontline support person the go-to techie on-site.
· Resolve issues swiftly under our defined SLAs.
· Assist with installations, run patches & more.
· 1 to 2 years of minimum IT experience

· Good communication skills in English language and IT aptitude and self-learning.
· Any IT education, Certificate or Diploma will be good to have.
